User-Generated Content: Transaction labels, categories, notes, and budget settings you create.
SMS Messages: With your explicit permission, we access SMS messages from mobile money providers (such as Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, and similar services) to automatically detect and categorize your financial transactions. We only process messages that match patterns from known financial service providers. We do not read personal messages, and raw SMS content is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Transaction Data: Financial transaction information derived from SMS messages, including transaction amounts, dates, merchant names, and transaction types. This data is processed locally on your device.
Device Information: Basic device identifiers and app crash reports to help us improve the App's stability and performance.
We do not collect your mobile money PIN or passwords
We do not access your bank account credentials
We do not read personal SMS messages unrelated to financial transactions

Provide, maintain, and improve our App's functionality
Automatically categorize and organize your transactions

No Raw SMS Storage: We never store or transmit the raw content of your SMS messages to external servers.

Your transaction data is stored locally on your device for as long as you use the App. When you uninstall the App or delete your data through Settings, your information is permanently removed from your device.
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained for product improvement purposes but cannot be linked back to individual users.
Zizi is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.
